There is an informal breakfast get-together every Saturday at 7:00 AM at the Stanwood Café.

June 2010 Meeting Minutes

Tim thanked Alan and crew for a wonderful Dinner.

Tim introduced Jerry Prader from the high school.

Jennifer did the Secretary report.

Kelan Knowles, member Knox Knowles's 3 year old great grandson has Neuroplastoma (tumor is isolated to his stomach) but is stage 3. The club would like to give his parents a donation to help them during this difficult time. It was motioned and seconded to give them $1,000 now and then more money after the car show. It was passed.

The United Methodist Church in Stanwood has invited us to attend their annual BBQ on July 30, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. We have special parking for your cars and lots of good food!

Aqua Sox invited us to attend their show on July 9th you can contact Jennifer for registration information if you are interested.

Jim Jonson from the Rotary called and has requested 9 convertibles for the Stanwood Fair Parade August 7th. If you have a convertible and are able to drive someone in the parade, please contact Jennifer or Sandy Kitchens.

We were invited to the Whidbey Cruzer's get-together. Jennifer also has that information and tickets. If you are interested please contact her.

Tim made the announcement that we are still looking for volunteers for the car show. He also made the announcement that T-shirts were in his car and that he would be selling them after the meeting in the parking lot.

Cindi did the Treasurer's report.

Sandy did an update on the car show.

Jimmy Kounkel talked about all the shows that are coming up in the next month.
